Acer Aspire E 15 Skype $10 card

I have recently purchased a Acer Aspire ES1-511 that came in the student bundle. I have tried to redeem the Skype $10 card by following the instructions for it but when I register my product i don't recieve an email with the Skype code or McAfee card. Is there any way to find these codes. I have looked through my junk and spam folders also.

    The email may not be spontaneously transacted upon by the prospective clients. Check your email periodically for the response. Send or have a test email sent to your email inbox to see if it is functioning properly. Let us know how you're fairing in this matter.

    Sorry you did not receive the code when you registered your product. Can you please send me a private message with your serial number, I can work with you offline to get you the code for your offer.

    I too have purchased a Acer Aspire E5 521-23KH laptop with free 400 minutes ($10.00) voucher and McAfee 6 month voucher once laptop is registered. You are supposed to receive a email 24 hrs after registering the laptop with Acer from Acer with the voucher codes. NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!!!!!!!!! I called Acer about it and only got the RUNAROUND !!!! So apparantently it was a marketing ploy that was a lie.

    Sorry you did not get the code when you registered. I can assure you this is not marketing ploy. Please check your spam folder and possibly the promotions folder, if you are on gmail, to see if the email may have been automatically routed to a different folder.

     

    If you still do not find the code, please send me a private message with your name, telephone number, and serial number, and I will assist you in getting codes for this offer.

    To redeem this offer, you must go to http://account.acer.com and create an account. Once your account is created, click Register Product, and complete the product registration. Once the registration is complete, you should receive an email within 2 days with the registration codes. If you are still unable to get the codes, please send me a private message with your name and telephone number, and I will have someone contact you.
