XB280HK Monitor does not work with NVIDIA Quadro K1100M or Intel HD Graphics on Thinkpad W540

The monitor can not be detected by Thinkpad W540 on ultradock through K1100M or direct connection to the laptop through Intel HD graphics. The laptop just go blank or freeze for a while when the monitor is on. I have installed updates to the ultradock firmware, display adapter drivers. Occasionally, the computer detected XB280HK but cannot use it and then the detected monitor was gone. The monitor has been blank throughout. I know the featuer of G-Sync won't work. But I am expecting at least a basic monitor function.

Anyone knows how to fix this? Or, can Acer engineers confirm that this monitor does not work these graphics adapters?

Thanks.

When the monitor is turned on, it shows Acer logo and then shows "no signal", then it goes black. I haven't tried it with other computers yet. Thanks for your hlep.
