Hi...
I have a 2012 vintage Aspire AS3. It's loaded with great software...but continually bounces off the hard drive limit. Yesterday I could scan from the Epson into a thumb drive...today it is saying there is not enough hard drive to do this.
I cannot get to my "File Explorer"...and what is worse yet...and very sad I think...ACER has no phone number for support...they want a pass word before they even place me on hold! Yikes...
I am very concerned about deleting programs and other stuff...even if I could because I cannot access File Explorer.
Where do I get help? I don't think this is a good way to run a business, ACER. Even when out of warranty you should help your customers. What am I missing, please?
