Does Acer care at all?

 

I guess they have the money for it, so why bother. I have had many Acer computers, but have to say this one is going back in a week or two. I'll give it a while longer and see if Acer can fix some of the problems, but I am not happy with it.

 

Having bought it directly from Acer, and if I send it back, at least they are not getting my money for this one.

 

I really like this thing, but it is not ready for Prime time yet. I know they have fixed some problems, but many still remain.

 

The dropped keys with the keyboard is a pain in the butt typing in the password at start up. I have to type a couple of characters, then check it is all there. SUCKS Acer!

OK, can't seem to Edit or Delete this posting the next day, but the dropped key issue has been resolved, so would like to retract the above final paragraph.

 

My apologies to Acer for that, but the website should allow the OP to Edit postings whenever need to. I tried the drop-down Gear thing but the Edit options is no longer there. Probably a Lithium issue, but whoever it is, they need to allow for Edits whenever. Unless I am the only person here that is not perfect. LOL
