Restore to factory settings not working, and I have the Recovery discs!!!

My computer was not letting me restore to factory settings so I bought the Recovery discs from Acer. When I put the System Disc in it goes  to the eRecovery page but the only thing it says is "Please Wait A Moment" and that is all it do, and will not do anything else!!

    Why were you needing to run a recovery in the first place? The answer to this may provide insight to if it was an actual software issue or a hardware issue.

     

    That leads to the next question, is the HDD recognized in the BIOS? If not, it is most likely a bad HDD and you should attempt to swap one out with Acer if you are still in warranty.
