serial number and SNID not recognised

Hello,

I purchased an Aspire One Model AO756 while I was in Taiwan in late Oct. 2012. I now want to obtain support but the Acer support site does not recognise the serial number and SNID. I was able to register the product with Acer but now I can't obtain support.

 

I am also currently located in Central Europe and can't readily access the ITW service center for my area as it is several hundred of kilometers from my work.

Generally, serial numbers are region specific, so serial numbers from units purchased in Taiwan, may not appear as valid serial numbers in Europe. I would suggest you contact Acer in Taiwan, or attempt to contact the ITW service center nearest to you for service.
