acer E3 faulty mic

Hi. i bought the acer E3 a while back didn't have that much problem up til a month ago ,when the mic stop working ..i contacted acer they booked the phone for repair.after 10days got the phone back on the 30th sept. switched the phone on the problem still there, the other caller cant hear me ..contacted acer told them problem is still there ,they rebooked again. upto today 18/10/2014 still under repair .. acer wont give a straight answer how long before i get my phone back .has anyone experience this sort of problem cus the customer service is *****!!!! i have wait 20 working days before anything is done ..they 20 working days starts the day the phone go in to they workshop ...i thinlk i have wait another 13days unless the phone gets fixed before that...

    Hi I am having problems with the repair centre they have had my phone since the 28th october i have had to call them numuros times to find out what is happening. They told me on the 3rd it was being looked at by the 7th they said they had emailed me a proposal for the repair but they hadn't. I called them again today for me to tell me they will resend the email by end of day tomorrow! why they couldnt send it then i do not know. I will then have to make another call to accept the proposal and make a payment for the repair. Shocking customer service.
