Cannot get internet connection, error msg's. Acer Aspire V5-571P-6642

I have recently purchased my Acer and for some reason I cannot connect with the internet server. It continues to give me error messages. Customer service responded I should contact my server and I will do this but i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if perhaps as I am not a computer expert is it possible that I do not have something set right on my computer. Perhaps something I should open or close, check or uncheck etc. Also some things I attempt to go into ask if I want private network access. I'm not sure what this means so I am not sure what my response should be. Anyone with the acer Aspire V5-571P that could possibly give me some hints or tips it would be most graciously appreciated. Thank you!

Good day

Are you connecting via wireless or lan. Have you tried another browser. Have you contacted your ISP for assistance in settting up your network/ internet?

I have V5-571G too and Lan not working. windows show lan connected, but adapter don't resolve ip address. with other pc work fine. with wifi have many troubless too. with external d-link usb wifi all work fine. I buy on ebay pci wifi adapter "intel" for replace builtin adapten in my notebook. I'm work system administrator and known how to configure LAN and WiFi adapters. Troubles in hardware, not in soft. I setup latest wifi and lan driver , but it's not resolve problems.
