How can I remove the central foot from a T231H monitor?

Hello.

I'm setting up the monitor for presentations purposes and I want to mount it up on a wall; I removed the two little feet -- easy to remove -- just unscrewed two screws covered by rubber caps but it turned out to be an impossible task to remove the large foot in the center.

I'm not quite comfortable with pry-opening the bezel to get to the screws that hold the foot and that pulley inside. I think there has to be a way to remove it from outside.

I searched on the internet and came up with 0 results.

Please help me make Acer a good renown!

Thank you Sharanji for the willing to help me. I can see you answer to people around and please if you can do more for me I would apreciate.

Form the picture and from what I can see "live" it seems it cannot be done from outside. So in order to hang Acer T231H on the wall with vesa mounting one has to pry-open the bezel which "displays" not a very clever design. And I guess it'll get me a warranty loss.

I really wish I would be wrong and you or anybody else correct me.

If I didn't need the monitor up on the wall ASAP...

    EDIT:

I went to the official Acer site and I could only find chat with an Acer representative and this community. The chat wouldn't work as it doesn't validate my serial number / SNID no matter what so I'm only left at your mercy guys. Please, also if some Acer representative is around to give a hand I'd apreciate.

I appricate your efforts . You would have to take help of a local technician in your area to remove the rear stand and fix the wall mount. You do not need to pry open the bezel to remove it.

The live chat doesn't validate the serial number / SNID if you contacted the incorrect region.
