Acer Liquid E3 - Android 4.4.2 - Incorrect GPS time

Hello.

Since I have updated my Acer Liquid E3 (E380 - single SIM) to Android 4.4.2, I have a strange problem with GPS time.

It is incorrect (one hour too soon - for example, the GPS gives 19:00 when it is 20:00).

The time zone is correctly set on my device (GMT +2:00 - Brussels time zone) - I live in Belgium.

All GPS applications report the same (incorrect) time : Navigon, GPS test, and even the system when I ask it to synchronize the clock with GPS time.

This problem didn't happen with Android 4.2 on the same device.

I suspect that there is a problem with daylight saving time for GPS time in this update.

Is it a known bug which will be corrected in a next update ?

I think this bug was in the previous version, I turned this off but as my phone seems to have lost a minute or so I've now changed this to "Use network provided time".

Hello.

I confirm that this problem didn't exist in the Android 4.2 version for this smartphone.

I have tested the update on another Acer Liquid E3 smartphone (with Dual SIM this time), the same behaviour occurs:

- before the update, the GPS time is correct

- after the update, the GPS time is incorrect - 1 hour too early

When I use the network time, it is correct but in my navigation software (Navigon, ...), it reports arrival times 1 hour too early, which is quite annoying.
