My Iconia W510 tablet won't boot up.

I have had my Iconia W510 for barely a year.  I use it for business travel because it's light and compact.  I'm a very "basic" user -- email, internet browsing, that's it.

One fine day, I went to start up my tablet and it never reached the main page -- the "twirling circle" (to show that wait time was required) just kept on twirling.  It never ever booted up again.

Does anyone have any ideas at all as to why this would be, or if there is anything at all I can do?

Might try holding the power switch down for 20-30 seconds to force a shutdown. Then wait 10 seconds before trying to restart. Sometimes they just go into an endless loop on start.

    Need help please.

Have a w510 for work, been using it for years and love it.  It was upgraded to windows 10 with no problems until a recent windows update. Now the icona will start, you get the windows start up tone , then immediatly displays a shutting down screen. I've tried the acer recovery medai usb that I bought ( what a rip off ). I've tried the restore and recovery discks connected to the icona through an external disk drive with no success. I've tried all the F keys and the various combinations of keys to try and boot with no luck.   If the hard drive wasn't soldered in I would have replaced it and reloaded everything.  Does anyone have any suggestions please !!!
