Hi all!

I have installed new SSD HD and now I have bought Corsais 2 x 4GB DDR3 memory pack in order to upgrade my laptops RAM. The Motherboard is HM55 and Operating System Windows Home Premium 64 Bit.

Bought Ram:
Corsair Memory — 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 SODIMM Memory (CMSO8GX3M2A1333C9)

  • DDR3 PC3-10600 (1333MHz)
  • Cas Latency 9 (9-9-9-24)
  • 1.5V
  • Dual Channel Kit

Original memory: 2 x 2GB (nt2gc64b88b0ns-cg, DDR3-1333 PC3-10600, running at 1.5V)

After I installed the new RAM, my computer ended up in endless bootloop (= couldn't start the Windows and eded up repairing the system). With the original RAM everything works fine.

Is there any way to make them work?  According the Google searchs etc. My computer should support 8 Gb. Is the problem the CL-number and speed?  Also people tend to have similar problem around the Internet with no acual answers what to do, so I made a post here. Smiley Happy

(The computer store picked the RAM for me so I should be able to return them.)

Thanks for answers
