trouble with my acer Liquid Z3

My  Liquid Z3 has been quite unstable lately taking variable times to reboot. It stated to flash the signal < Process system isn't responding> but eventually managed to start.

 

Since putting it in flight mode today it won't start up at all, just flashing the message already mentioned.

 

Any ideas?

    I think you need to do a factory reset (you will loose all your personal data):

     

    Hard reset - factory reset:

    1) go to system settings

    2) backup & reset

    3) Factory reset

     

    Hard reset - recovery mode 

    1) power off device

    2) press VOL+ and power button

    3) select recovery from menu

    4) it will appear a screen with "NO command" 

    5) press Power button

    6) select wipe data/factory reset

    7) when wipe is complete, reboot

    Hi

     

    By trawling other comments I Came to the same solution that you suggested, Ironfly.  But your advice was absolutely correct and the phone is now working normally; actually it's better than before.
