Troubles with mouse.

On my Acer desktop / laptop, I cant remember serial number or anything, but there is a touchpad mouse which i never use. I have a USB stick with a "mouse in hand" i use.

Saturday evening pc closed cause lack of power. Sunday morning I gave it power, and it started.

But when going to the "screen" with all the apps (windows 8.1) it started at the right end. When trying to get to the left of the screen I could do it with USB mouse, but when I let go left finger, it automatically got to the rigth again.

That ment, that I could not work with apps in the left (or go to app store or anything.

I tried "Control Panel" and clicked on "programs". All programs was more than on one screen.  And I started at the bottom. Trying with mouse or "arrow"s going up, when I let go i just got down at the bottom again.

Anyone here know if it is "touchpad" mouse doing something bad?  Or USB mouse??  Or computer sick??

Sorry for my english - computer english not my best. Hope someone out there can figure and solve my problem.

PC was bought june 2014, so I have garanty, but dont like to miss my computer to long:-)

Greetings to all

Peter
