Hi
I have purchased an iconia w700 last October and soon after I started experiencing an issue with the speakers where they would make a very clipping/static noise when in use. I was forced to disable the right speaker but I'm wondering if any of you had this problem and if you got it fixed as I don't want to send it away for warranty because I use it everyday. Also is is normal for the screen to have burn ins after a short time of usage? I also have a problem where the screen goes extremely bright for a second or 2 after being on a screensaver.

Thanks
Quba

    Several issues there. Smiley Happy

You're going to have to send it in for the speaker problem, it's either loose or damaged and not easily repaired at home.

The screen will show ghosting with pretty much any stable bright images. It's not a problem other than the appearance. Try lowering the brightness on the screen if it bothers you.

The automatic brightness sometimes takes a second or two to adjust when there's a big change to the screen image. If it's bothering you just disable the automatic brightness feature.
