Recovery Tool

Why should I have to send my Chromebook into the company to get fix, when the recovery tool should work.  I feel like I am wasting my time and I am not about to waste my money on this.  I'll never buy another Chromebook.

    Please help us understand what issue you're having. I understand you're not happy with the resolution provided for you by tech support, but we can't address it if we don't know the circumstances.
