I keep on getting the error 9055 and when I want to send it to Acer support, I get a failure messag

Hello everybody, have a happy new year...

 

I should want like to know what is going wrong or I may have done the wrong way.

When I want to sign in (even I try to register again) I keep on getting the error 9055 and when I want to send it to Acer support, I get a failure message...

    It is helpful to let the community know the following:

    What computer do you have?

    What operating system is on the computer?

    Do you have any error messages?

     

    Can you please provide additional information on where you are sending it to Acer support?
