i contacted acer support to send in my notebook which at the time was still under warranty.

i contacted them to send my unit for repair, i contacted them 12/15/12 the warranty expires 12/21/12

 

they said they booked it for repair, i shipped it after the holidays, they said i had 90 days to ship it and for them to get it. and after they sent it back repaired, they included an additional 90 days for the repairs they provided..

 

but at this point, i try to chat or contact them, and they say my computer is no longer under warranty, to find out my status of the repair.... any ideas??
