About two weeks ago, I delivered my laptop to Acer. Everything was going smoothly, until the return transport. I received an email saying that the laptop had been delivered to the DHL, with tracking number:[edited for privacy]. This had to be wrong I thought. I then checked the tracking system on DHL's website, seeing that as I said, they couldn't find anything from the number. However the number should be only 10 characters / numbers long. After contacting DHL, and telling them to search for a product with my address in, they couldn't find anything. I'd rather not call Acer Norway as it costs 1gbp (10nok) per minute, which is just a lot. Acer Norway does not provide any email support either, so I'm kind of lost here. Any ideas what to do?
