Acer P191W Not Displaying Anything

i own 1 ACER P191W, im getting power to the monitor, but no display at all even the on-board setting just a blank screen like it has no power. The blue light on the bottom right of the screen stays on and dosent appear to go into a sleep mode, currently i use a VGA cable to connect to me PC. now when i restart my PC the monitor will show the Bios screen for about 2 seconds, the moniter also shows a image for about 2's seconds when i Disconnect and Reconnect the VGA cable, i know the cable isnt bad as i have tested it with my TV to my PC and the VGA cable works fine.

 

This brings me back to the monitor not working properly, with or without a VGA cable connected the display still acts like it has no power, im not show what it wrong or how to fix it.

Moniter 1: its a Viore 36in. tv i got for free cant see a model #

Moniter 2: Acer P191W : the one i cant get to work

Are you using 2 monitors and setting up a dual display?

 

If so, have you tested with just the P191W?

 

Do you have another computer you can test the monitor with as a single display?

 

If it does the same thing on a different computer, then my best recommendation would be to contact tech support in your region to inquire about repair.
