I have refreshed and reset the laptop, and from a prior post, mounted the recovery partition. The laptop still will not get out of the Automatic repair. I do not have recovery USB (stupid). Whst other options do I have?

    Hello Cybed,

The other solution is to order the Recovery media from your Acer support (customer service).

When I go to store and enter SNID, the only recovery is CD. The V5-572P does not have a CD drive.
