When you search on the site for it you can only download

Acer.AV061.V370.1.023.00.WW.GEN1.zip

That one is for the DUO sim

So where is the one for Single SIM?

the only way to have that version is to update via FOTA but i read about some server error, must wait until they fix so you can update easily via FOTA.

Bruno - this is the community site, not the Acer support site. If you come here expecting support personnel, you will leave disappointed. I suggest you e-mail support and if you can't wait and your phone is under warranty, ask if you can return the phone so they can apply the update.

    How do you manually update?

You need to download the update from the Acer support website, unzip the file and follow instructions in the unzipped file.

Normally this involve to copy a update.zip file to the microSD inserted on your device, reboot phone on recovery and select update from update.zip file.

If you unzip zip file and copy them to sd card it will not work. 1. Copy .zip to sd card.
    2. Restart phone while pushing volume button.
    3. Choose recovery.
    4. Push the power button and choose update from sd card.

This is what happens when i try that

    -- install /sdcard ...

    installing update...

    assert failed: getprop("ro.product.name) == "cw11_ww_gens1_

    Update.zip is not correct

    Installation aborted

    Not need to be renamed.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR V370 IS SINGLE SIM CARD.

copy the file inside the MicroSD, after copying the file power off your device,

now press VOLUME + and POWER Button at the same time

in the next screen select recovery, moving the selection with Volume - and selecting with Volume +

when android robot appears with a red exclamation mark, presso POWER button

now select "apply update from SD card"

select the update file and wait until update finish
