BAD SERVICE BY ACER SINGAPORE

Hi last week Saturday 19/7/2014, I called to get my monitor to be repaired then one of the acer technician says that need to check back and call me back on MONDAY but until today I have yet to receive any phone call from ACER with regards to when the repair of my monitor will be done. I AM VERY UPSET WITH SUCH SERVICE OF ACER> I WANT AN EXPLANATION AND AN IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT>
