Voices cut in headphones

When headphones are plugged in Windows 7 (64b) popup a selectionbox with "Speakers", "Headphones" or "Headset". If "speakers" are chosen then voices are almost completely cut so it´s impossible to follow a movie. Chosing "Headphones" - which it is - doesn´t completely cut voices and music is almost clear. Chosing "Headset" seems to have the clearest normal sound compared to unplugged using the 4 speakers. But anyway when plugged in the sound is much lower.

Is there anyway to get rid of this windows device sound feature? Already tried a fresh install and older audio drivers.

If realtek audio drivers are uninstalled then the popup with device type when headphones are plugged in is gone. But the sound still appear muffled and then there´s not the "Headset" option which help some.

Also in speakers settings there are only stereo and no surround, 5.1, 7.1 which there once was. The NVIDIA HD audio doesn´t install, it´s only intel HD display audio and realtek high definition audio drivers. Tried installing one at a time and there´s no difference.

And headphone sounds are mono only. In playback devices only speakers appear, HDMI are gone. If Intel display audio is uninstalled the two HDMI playback devices reappear, but then speaker sounds are also mono like in headphones.

The latest intel HD 4000 graphics (+ HDMI audio) driver won´t install, it alerts System requirements not met. Only older versions work. Aspire R7-571G

Maybe the issue happened after the latest BIOS upgrade (BIOS Acer Aspire R7 571G Fix show event id 10 error in Event Viewer. 2.09 3.9 MB 2014/01/23) ?
