Switch 10 jumps too the start screen

I just bought my Aspire Switch 10 and not 2 weeks later I'm having a problem. The screen will jump to the start screen.

I'm pretty sure that I'm not bumping anything because I put the curser where I won't accidentally tap a button. It will do it repeatedly up to as many as 10 times before it will stay on the desktop. I have restarted it, but that is only a temporary solution.

Another problem that has started is sometimes I am not able to type. The "e" key will work and open up a tab on the chrome web browser, but I'm not able to write an email or anything with neither the dock keyboard nor screen keyboard. It only works to use the stylist method to write in words.

Is this a bug that Acer is fixing? It was working great before and only started this maybe a week ago.

You can search here to find a quite long thread on the problem. They're working on a solution but we haven't seen it yet. The problem is that the Windows key is being read as selected even when you're not touching it.
