Hi.
I bought last year an Acer aspire s3, at london aiport (waiting for a scale to ireland) which was not working at all since the begining when i arrived to ireland.
I took it to itw warranty in ireland and was still not working fine but at that moment i was travelling to holland so i took it there to itw as well.
Computer did not worked at its best (as it should be for a new laptop) but either not as bad as the first time so i did not call warranty again.
It has been 4 months since i cannot use it cause its broken again. I am in brasil right now (still with warranty) and they do not want to accept my laptop to repair it. I call and send emails but their answer is always no or that i have to pay.
Time is passing and i need to use my *new* usless laptop and i do not get any help from the support service. They tell me that the only country that does not receive computers to repair through the ITW is in Brasil but the websites say the contrary.
As well i try to ask online for support and acer webpage does not recongize any of my SniD or S/N number.
I am desesperate cause i feel like i have wasted my money buying a new acer laptop and i have it useless.

Thanks for the help!!

In most cases international subsidiary are independent legal entities. The may act under a company identity but they are seperate companies. They will mostly not pay for other companies faults. Send it for repair to that subsidiary where you bought it from.
