Would appreciate your advice. A sign appears stating:'This connection is untrusted.' You have asked Firefox to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity cannot be verified. If you connect to this site without problems (which I am now doing via wife's lap top) , this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site. Is this a scam? Any idea how to rid myself of it, please? Thanks.

You actually may have either a virus or malware on your comptuer that is creating these faulse messages. Run your virus scanner to see if there is anything on your comtpuer, but when you do, make sure you are NOT connected to the internet. If that does not work, I recommend that you save all of your information that you want to save and do a factory restore on your comptuer to make sure that if you do have anything on your computer, that it is completely wiped out.
