Acer 7739 I need HELP!!!!

Hi everyone, Im new to this forum but I have been having major trouble with watching Netflix on my laptop. Its asking me to download starlight. I downloaded it and it does not work it asks me to do it agian so i do then it says i already have that version. I have also uninstalled it and tried again still not working. It is alos giving me that issue with Flash player telling m i do not have that version but when i install it the computer does n ot recognize it. Please HELP anyone.....thanks

    If you downloaded and installed the program it should work. Try uninstalling silverlight and flash player, then install the latest versions. If that doesn't work, I would contact Netflix tech support. They should be able to get you up and running.
