    Hi....

If you have not made any changes to the factory shipped operating system  or hardware on your computer, you have the option to restore your computer using Acer recovery management.

During the system recovery process, all data stored on your computer will be overwritten. This means all your files, such as email and photos, will be erased. Therefore, we recommend you backup your personal data before starting the recovery process.

Use the following steps to start the system recovery:

Restart the computer, When the Acer logo appears on the screen, press the left Alt, and the F10 keys.

If you are prompted with a Microsoft Windows boot screen, press the Enter key.
After the Acer eRecovery Management application has loaded, select your restore type.
Read the notice, and then click Next when you are ready.
Click Next to begin the restore process.

The restore can take anywhere from 10 minutes up to an hour.
Your computer may reboot several times during this process. After everything is complete your computer will be like it was when you first purchased it.

You could try checking for any malware with Malwarebytes, uninstall unnecessary programs, check which programs are in Startup, disble unnecessary startup programs.

use Auslogics to defragment the HDD (not for SSD).

If you haven't got a SSD, try get one, it will improve your computing experience.

    hi..

Are you able to boot normally and login into windows?

Have you tried the above mentioned recovery steps multiple time?

Are you using the same factory shipped operating system?

If you have not made any changes to factory shipped windows 7,  Click on the Start menu and click All Programs. In the program list click the "Acer folder",  check if you have "Acer eRecovery Management icon", from "Acer eRecovery Management" window on the left click Restore, then click "Completely Restore System to Factory Defaults". This will restore your computer to the original factory configuration, and erase all data on the system.
