Aspire M3400 Graphics

Hi,

I have an Aspire M3400 desktop with ATI Radeon HD 4250 Graphics card, plus flat screen ARG LE-28GBR-A Monitor (41.6"vis

When using any graphics software, PSP, Photoshop, CorelDraw or even MGI Photo-Suite the screen colour changes across the screen so that a yellow on the left gradually becomes a light tan on the right.

All colours are affected.

Web graphics show up fine, as do the startup screen and Win explorer.

I plugged in a laptop using the same graphics software and found no sign of these strange effects.

Now I'm stumped, andas it's causing problems with my photo restoration I need a fix.

Anyone else exprienced this? Or maybe someone may be able to explain the cause?

All comments very welcome.  Smiley Happy

There are a number of factors that could be causing this. The hardware may be different between your laptop and the M3400 which could explain why they color is different. I would recommend using the Windows Calibrate display color feature. This can be found by going to Control Panel > Display > Calibrate color.

If that does not work, I would recommend trying another display and/or contacting technical support.
