Aspire S7 392 touchscreen doesnt work

I recently bought a new Aspire S7 392 74508G25tws, everything works great except for the Touchscreen.

I formatted my laptop already but that didnt help anything. Tried to reinstall the HID drivers (not sure if that matters) but that didnt give any results aswell...

I dont have the Pen or Touch icon in my systeminfo and it says touchscreen is not possible with this screen. But on every site it says that this type has a touchscreen :/...

Any ideas how i can fix this?? or do i have to send it back to the factory Smiley Sad.

Thanks in advance

Tim

    hi...

As per specification details I see that this model has touchscreen Specification

Since you have already reset your computer to factory settings and installed the HID driver, you may send the computer for repair to Acer.

If you have a unit from US or Canada, you may also live chat with an Acer technician at : Acer live chat

If you have purchased the computer in any other country, you may contact Acer support here :Acer Global Support
