A1-830 - How to change Acer Life Digital Clock

A couple questions...  I would like to change the temperature display on the Acer Life Digital Clock widget to Fahrenheit.  But I don't know how to do it.  Can someone help me?  I've found instructions for another tablet model online but my A1-830 is not set up the same.

Also, does anyone know if there is any app available I could load that would enable me to connect a webcam to the tablet?  I'd like to use the tablet occasionally as a backup camera for my car.  I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you.  Woman Happy

Hi, to change temperature on Acer weather clock:

Tap on the "time", a settings page will appear, the first setting is to switch F/C, after you choose your setting, tap on " done" at the top right of screen (just under the battery/time icon.

About an application to connect a cam, i can't help you.

    Sorry

Thank you for the prompt response, IronFly.  You solved my problem with changing the widget.  I gave you a Kudo.

I don't want to mark this as "solved" quite yet in case someone might have an idea about hooking up the webcam.  I'm not having any luck here.  I took it to a local computer repair business but they couldn't find any drivers that would enable the tablet to communicate with the webcam.  They thought it was a problem with the Android Jellybean operating software.  But if anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate them.

Connecting a webcam to an android device via USB is not so easy, but since the A1-830 has OTG support maybe it can work.

i don't have a webcam to try some applications.

Remember that an USB camera will drain your battery quickly and also will run out your internal storage in few minutes if your record your webcam

if you need something to record during your drive, a specific device will be better.
