Hi all,

Many Acer owner are having problem with the bluetooth mouse randomly disconnected from the PC. I am having the same problem. Firstly I also suspected the driver is causing the problem. But after long investication and found that it is not the driver problem!
The problem is came from the mouse battery power. The battery power is disconnected for a very short period of time when  the mouse get vibrated. Once the battery is loose contact, the mouse is disconnected from PC. This is easy to solve it.

To see whether you are having the same situation that I described, you can simply test you mouse.

1. When the mouse is in connected condition, lift it up a few centimeter high and drop it and see it disconnected or not. Try few more times if it is not.

2. If it is that problem I mentioned, then solving it is simple,

3. Open the mouse with philips screwdrive ( there are 3 screws under the rubber pad).

4. Get a 6.3V Electronic Capacitor larger then 470uF and solder it onto the PCB where the battery terminals is connected. Be careful the polarity of the capacitor.

5. It is done and your will never get his problem again.

For those who did not have the soldering tool, you may need to bring it to electronic repair shop to do it for you.

Cheers...
