How would you handle this? Re-repair back with worse problem

I sent my Aspire S7 392 for repair of screen flickering. It came back not fixed and with the BIOS updated. I sent it  back. It came back with "LCD module replaced. Unit now tests good" BUT it has circular blobs that appear and disappear when the back of the top it touched. I am so frustrated. Have been without my computer for 4 weeks. Started a new case but I have no faith in Acer will fix it.  Who would you contact? Would you ask for replacement?

I know the screen is one of the best features of the S7-392 and I can understand the dissapointment you must be having if you're not getting the most out of it. Could you send me the following information in a private message and let me see how we can help?
