Bluetooth problem with E380

I am able to pair my car media and phone with E380 for the first time. But when ever I restart the car the pair will only happen with Phone not with media. In the setting of Bluetooth it says Connected (no media).

Everytime i need to reregister the media from car then it works. I have put the settings to auto connect in the car. My other andriod phone Sony works perfectly, I face issue with Acer only.

Also when ever the bluetooth connection get connected to media immedialty the songs get played automatically and if I try to stop it automatically starts, this issue doesnot happen always.

I had send the phone for service but it did not rectify my problem.

Can somebody help me with the problem?

i'm sad to let you know that Toyota has some issue, not only with Acer, on connecting BT as media or even simple calls.

The solution did not help.

It still connect only phone not the audio.

just curious, which version of android is running on your Sony?

The version of Andriod on Sony is 4.4.2
