Live updater screwed up my Acer W4 (Metro screen and brightness controls broke)

Ugg knew the deivce was working to well

 

I did a live updater for a new bios it installed and work, after reboot my metor screen is sluggish, it hasmore icon than it previously did and now my brightness controls has stopped working on the display. I can't turn down the brightness at all either in the control setting or the power controls.

 

How do I get metro back to only 3 rows of icons and how do Iget my brightness setting working again? This is making the tablet pretty much unuseable, screen is way to bright andmetro screen is horrible slow. Already did a restart, live update does not show any new updates.

 

Need help on this one quick.

Nevermind, I saw in the device manager that the firmaware somehow wantedanother restart to complete the firmware update. Very odd as it seemed to complete the first time and the live updater did not show anything pending.
