loose screen hinge Aspire v5-571P

Hiya!

 

I have an Aspire v5-571P 6604, which I love dearly, but one of the hinges seems to have developed a snag (or something).

 

When I open the screen up, I can hear the right hinge catching on the battery pack, and the lower-right corner of the screen bezel appears to be separating. I have a guy who says it sounds like I may have loose screw(s) in the hinge, and they just need a little tightening down. Okay, fine. But we've been unable to find any tutorials on how to get in there and take a look. We looked for videos, but they showed standard bezels, as opposed to the touchscreen setup like the one I have. Anyone have any pointers?

If the laptop is under warranty, before you go ahead and fix the issue yourself, contact Acer support team, as they may be able to provide you with the options to fix the issue.
