Acer W510 32gb model fails to complete eRecovery using official acer store USB drive

Hello, can someone please help me?  I have W510 32gb model & I don't have the original set of restore discs the unit came with but I ordered, from the Acer Store, the official Acer USB eRecovery media thumb drive & IT DOES NOT WORK.  The restore procedure stops @ 90 something % or so then gives out 2 different errors.  The errors are as follows:  1st one, Pressing F12 at Acer Logo Screen, is:  restore failed cannot find image path m d2d images .swm.  OK, the 2nd one, pressing Power button & Volume Down Button at Acer Logo Screen, is:  Apply Failed - ErrorCode=0x2 (ImageX cannot apply image : WIMGAPI failure.  Please help as ALL Acer support help & Web help, to this point has failed.

    If the recovery drive is failing, there is most likely a hardware problem that would require service. I recommend you contact Acer technical support in your region to check on repair options.     I'm having the same issue with my S3. What was the resolution on this?

    What happens when you attempt to run the recovery?

     

    Do you get an error? If so, what is the exact message?

     

    Are you using disks or USB drive?
