Aspire S7 392 touchpad clunky

Love the look of my new S7.  First one had problems with the dispay after 12hrs at home.  Microsoft store replaced immediately.  Second one has a very clunky touch pad, which my first one and the in-store model did not have.  It has a very noticeable 'loose' feel at the bottom of the pad and has two points to get through to get the 'click' to work.  The bottom of the pad can be pressed down to one click with no selection, but pushing it through the second click gets the operation.  Taking another one out of the box in the store today had the same feel.

Still working with the store to see what to do next.  Fix, Replace S7, Replace New Model.

Has anyone experienced this with their S7 392 and fixed it easily?

Thanks.
