Recently got the above product and when I connect it to a TV via HDMI, no signal is received from the Acer box. Running Windows 7, 64bit. Any ideas on how to fix?

Thanks

If this box can't output HDMI, is there a DVI->HDMI adapter that carries sound? (Wanting to use the Acer box as an XBMC client on my TV)

    Hi,

If the product came with an HDMI port, then it should be able to connect via HDMI. Have you tried any other HDMI devices to see if it works? The problem may be that the TV you are connecting to does not support the resolution the computer is trying to output. Do you ever get any signal when powering the N2620G on?

DVI is not able to carry sound and would only be possible via HDMI.

You're right. I moved the box to another TV and it worked fine. The TV it didn't work with is a 42" LG LCD. But even when booting via a Linux thumb drive, no HDMI on that TV. Switched to a 55" LG LCD TV and it's working fine now.
