Acer Liquid E2 - sending MMS to multiple numbers

Hello,

One of our customers - I work for a Belgian telecomoperator - has a problem sending a message to multiple numbers at once. He follows the normal flow: types message, selects receivers from his phonebook and sends message.

the error message he get's is (in french): MMS not correctly configured. Obviously the message does not get sent.

I checked the MMS-settings, we even tested sending one to himself, they are ok and message arrives without problem. So this problem only occurs when sending messages to multiple receivers at once.

We've found a workaround for the cmr, but is this a known problem? It would be nice if we could solve this problem at the root.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

    Yes, that's what i needed.

first problem is the "Numéro de build: Acer_AV061_V370_1.002.00_EMEA_BGCs" since this is a custom OS for the operator and as far as i know no update is available, this is also an old buil version.

the only thing that i can suggest to your customer, is to download a free application from google play that can handle SMS/MMS. (assuming that multiple MMS sendings is not blocked by the network)

he can try also hangout from google, that's free and fully integrated on the OS:

    or Handcent, also free:

    I'm not an Acer employee.
