Why am I getting blue screen on my Acer Aspire 7551 - Again????

I got the dreaded blue screen again tonight on my Aspire 7551. I ran diagnostics and cannot figure out what is wrong. After reading I have learned this is common with the models sold through WalMart for 498.00. Yep that's what I paid for mine and where I bought it. - so I am very concerned as I had the entire computer reformatted about a month ago.

 

No blue screen until tonight - but it did not fix other issues (freezing up ALL of the time in ANY program or online) Doesn't matter if I have 1 document open or 20. It just freezes up and I have to shut it down manually

 

But the blue screen came back tonight and shut the entire PC down.

 

I am back up but with all my settings changed and scared about what will happen next.

 

Please advise!

    Locking up and/or freezing is an issue that occurs across a great many platforms and vendors.

     

    Are you doing anything in particular?

    Do you have the specific blue screen error message?

     

    We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.
