SOS! SOS! SOS! I inadvertently formatted my harddisk including the hidden partition in C: and D: drives without having backup and my recovery discs corrupted. As such am unable to restore my system to the factory settings meaning including all the factory provided softwares. The drivers downloaded from support website presented me with uncertainty of correct types especially the bios. I bought the notebook in May 2008. Anybody out there who cud be kind enough to provide me with the model's recovery discs wud be appreciated.

Am reallly desperate. Thanx and sorry to bother.

Ps,

please do not plant nuke bombs or viruses in your kind assistance.

You can order recovery disks online at http://store.acer.com and click eRecovery. If the system says there are no recovery disks available for your model, that means Acer is no longer able to provide the requested media. If this is the case, you would need to install a licensed version of Windows, and download any necessary drivers from the Acer website.
