S3 SSD Drive Crashes

Hi;

 

Normally, I would first attempt to deal with an issue like this via a private communication, however, I can find no way to contact acer directly.

 

I purchased an Acer S3 Ultrabook on July 3, 2012.  Since then, my SSD drive failed and was replace twice under warranty.  It has failed yet again, but my warranty is apparently up.  For the most part, I've been extremely happy with Acer as a whole, however, this situation is unacceptable.  It seems clear to me, given 3 drive failures in less than 2 years, that there is a problem with the SSD drives in the S3 system.  

 

Normally I'm not one to complain as I expect a limited lifetime for my electronics.  However, this short of a lifespan is not reasonable by any standard.

 

Again, I apologize for posting this in a public forum.  If someone from Acer would like to respond privately, please feel free to do so and delete this post.
