Hello eldo.  You ask a good question and don't have an answer for you at this moment.  The updates are posted directly by our engineering team in Taiwan and our local support team has no control over it.  I will see what I can learn about B1 plans from the engineering folks and get back to you as soon as I can.  In the meantime though, I'm going to ask our admin to move your comment over to the Community Forum under Tablets as a new thread/topic.  You are posing a very specific support question and that would be a better place for it, in my view.  It is certainly related to the Idea topic, but would be a better fit in Community.  Thanks.

Hey, I checked on this a bit further, eldo.  The answer is simple; there simply have not been any updates required for the B1, while A1 model you show did require an update/fix that was made available in several languages.  If any updates are needed on B1-710, they will be posted in thelocation you have already accessed.

Could you please, just provide a link to firmware instead of this excuses?

Here is a link to FW for B1-A71 at YOUR SITE. It's mean that you have firmware, I know that. So, just give a link.

Same time, on your site "No Results".

I do sympathise, Acer should host, on their website, a ROM for every tablet they sell, can you imagine if you had to return every laptop or PC which needed a Windows reinstall. Lots of manufacturers provide ROM's for their customers and Acer should too.

The main problem is that Acer already hosts tablets ROMs at their file storage, as per my example with B1-A71, but they don't want to provide a link to those. I'm confused.

Do you think that ignoring me you will feel better?

I hate that day when I bought acer tablet! 6 months with brick instead of device.
