Liquid E2 no sound on calls

Hi,
I have since a few days this problem that I can't hear anything when I call someone or am being called.
Though, the sound works with the speakers on and with earphones.
Sounds also works when playing videos and everything else actually.

I have tried by taking out the battery no luck. Also, the sound is on to the max. So I have no idea what the problem is and how to fix it myself without having to take my phone to a store.

I think that after having checked all the obvious places where the volume can be set, disabling any apps that you may have installed and that tie in with the problem appearing, that I would be tempted to to a factory reset of it after having performed a backup of apps and data.
