Acer Aspire S7 Key Press Problems

So, I just got an Acer Aspire S7 392 around a month ago. And the issue of the arrow keys having to be pressed on the center is starting to get to me. I read the reviews about this before I purchased it but thought I would have some faith in Acer fixing the issue in the 392 model, but its not.

It seems almost everyone has this issue, and the chat representive I spoke to didnt seem to know what I was talking about. Is there anything in the works for this problem? I would assume its the simple problem to rectify, and this machine was $1600. So I would expect the keyboard to work as good as a $200 PC, but it doesnt.

Other than the keyboard the machine is perfect, and I belived Acer when they said they were going to start producing good quality, so I took a leap of faith with the S7, But I am starting to regret it.

Is it only the arrow keys that have this problem? You may try sending it to Acer for repair to see if they will replace the keyboard. Not sure if it would fix the issue. It may be worth a try though.
