'The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable'. How do you fix that on 2 MONTH OLD laptop?

    Hello,

    Try this 1

    Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.

    "Command Prompt" will be opened.

    Since you are having problem drive, enter the below command

    chkdsk /f the drive name: --> Press Enter.

    Hello. Thank you, but I can google too. Googling is actually the first thing everyone does, before putting some efforts into registering in 'communities'. Here is what I've got: "access denied as you do not have sufficient privileges. you have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode." What's my next move?

    Try opening Command Prompt in Administrator Mode
