b1-710 factory image

Hi All,
Kindly ask to the Acer to provide factory images for B1-710, i saw that images for A1-810 already exists . Whats problem with B1-710? I want to repair my device it is in bootloop, I wait for 4 monthes, listened stories about "Acer is a big company and needs some time" etc. But I know that you have those firmwares and I see that you provided them for A1-810, so give me please this firmware. Don't redirect me to branch about firmwares "Firmware and upgrades" I'm there from its begin and I can't see any results. Don't tell me about warranty centers because I need to sent it to the Acer and it's costs a money and spend time (I don't want wait for monthes my device every time when it will be in bootloop).
