Shutdown Fail Fan Still Working Please Help!

I've just bought Acer Aspire Timeline U M3-581TG recently and it has worked fine. But now after I update apps and bios through Acer Updater(Successful all). When I shutdown it show the screen logging off and shutting down normally but when the laptop screen went black which it suppose to be shut down power still on and fan still work don't know how to fix it...

Laptop Condition right now

-Just recovery everything and the problem still not fix

-Restart windows works fine

-Shutdown windows fail all the time(power still on and fan still work)

-Sleep windows fail too(power light still green with screen turn off and fail to wake up need to force shutdown and turn on again)

-Hibernate windows fail too(it showed like normally sleep mode power light flash with orange light and fail to start up need to force shutdown and turn on again)

I am currently looking into your issue to see if I can duplicate it. Can you tell me what version of the BIOS you upgraded to?

Thanks Mr.Blayn This happen when I update my bios from InsydeH2O Version 03.71.51V1.05(1.07 not sure) to BIOS: InsydeH2O Version 03.71.51V1.08 and this happen,I try to reinstall it many time but the problem won't fix...I think I will have to take it to the service center if there is no soulution...

I have looked into this issue, and I was unable to duplicate it. I would recommend contacting Technical Support in your region to inquire about warranty service.

I think we need to reset the mainboard but if we do so we'll void our warrenty so you need to bring you laptop to the service center!!

I have had the same problem. Sometimes, randomly, the screen just goes black and makes a sound like something shorted. It starts up fine, with the exception of saying it "did not shot down successfully". I have had it for a while, like 6 months. it worked fine until now, but recently it has done this more and more. About six months ago, it had been doing this a lot, and once wouldn't start up at all. I sent it in, as it was still under warranty, and after they sent it back it worked fine for 6 months, but now is starting again. Any help would be appreciated.
